Your role will be pivotal in building a mission-critical analytics platform that encompasses predictive ML models, real-time analytics, and user-friendly dashboards.
As a Lead Platform Developer, here’s what you’ll be doing
Build the foundation for a cloud-native & multi-tenant AI platform for battery modeling & analytics
Develop a real-time alerting system using modern streaming stack(Kafka, Spark/Flink)
Ensure continuous alignment between product features and platform capabilities
Implement security best practices throughout the development lifecycle
Conduct and drive regular security assessments and audits to identify and address vulnerabilities and obtain compliance certifications
Oversee the deployment and management of infrastructure components, ensuring reliability, scalability, and optimal performance
Contribute to API development efforts, ensuring security and performance considerations are integrated into the design
Implement robust monitoring and logging solutions to track system performance, detect anomalies, and troubleshoot issues promptly
Ensure faster release cycles using proper build, test, and deployment strategies
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for system architecture, deployment processes, and security protocols
Manage a team of developers by providing mentorship, guidance, and support
Create and maintain project scope, objectives, sprint planning, and other vitals of SDLC while ensuring alignment with business goals
We are excited about you because you have:
Proven 8+ years of experience in backend development specializing in platform engineering, with a focus on security, compliance, and infrastructure management
Demonstrated success in leading and obtaining certifications such as ISO, SOC 2, and GDPR compliance
Expertise in deploying Infrastructure as Code (IaC) for efficient provisioning and configuration
Experience in leading teams to implement and drive proper SDLC including task breakdown, sprint planning, backlog management, risk management, etc
Solid understanding of API development, security, and performance considerations
Strong communication and collaboration skills
