Role Responsibilities
Identify and vet new suppliers, building long-lasting and mutually beneficial relationships
Obtain competitive quotes from suppliers and negotiate optimal pricing, quantities, and delivery schedules
Capture contracts and negotiated details with suppliers
Assess supplier quotes and proposals, providing detailed cost breakdowns and recommendations
Generate quote comparisons and contribute to internal supplier selection decisions
Implement inventory optimization strategies to improve company spending and reduce outsourcing needs
Serve as a subject matter expert, sharing insights and solutions to enhance procurement and operations
Arrange and pack shipping orders as needed
Prepare and present weekly operational updates to the leadership team
Experience/Qualifications:
Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
Proven procurement and operations experience, specifically in the electronics industry
Demonstrated expertise in sourcing new and second-hand electronic devices and components
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) and experience with procurement/ERP software
Thorough understanding of sourcing methodologies, supply chain management, and strong negotiation skills
Excellent time management, organisation, communication, and problem-solving abilities
Fluency in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese
Willingness to travel overseas for supplier meetings and site visits as needed
Must be in Hong Kong with a HK ID valid to work.
