About Inventive.ai
At Inventive, our mission is to build intelligence that helps B2B sales teams win deals. Our first product is a suite of AI agents that help sales teams create winning proposals and RFP responses. About $1.4 trillion worth of projects get allocated within the US alone, and we help vendors win these deals using cutting-edge AI.
Our founding team includes successful repeat founders & researchers from Google DeepMind, Stanford, UC Berkeley, and IIT. We graduated from Y Combinator (Summer 2023) and have raised a seed round from the Valley’s top investors.
Our customer base and revenues are growing very fast, and we’re looking for a rockstar to join our small but rapidly growing team. If you’re excited to build something from scratch, take extreme ownership, and sit directly in the revenue engine of the company—you’ll feel at home here.

About the Role
You will work across SEO, product marketing, sales enablement, and content distribution. Your job will be to create content that drives pipeline, not just traffic.
You’ll work closely with growth, sales, and founders to turn customer conversations, sales calls, competitor research, and product knowledge into content that helps us generate demand and win deals.
What You’ll Do
You will:
Own and create SEO-focused content around RFPs, RFIs, DDQs, security questionnaires, proposal management, sales workflows, and AI in revenue teams
Write blogs, comparison pages, landing pages, customer stories, product pages, and sales enablement content
Research keywords, buyer pain points, competitors, and market trends to identify content opportunities
Turn sales calls, customer conversations, and internal product knowledge into high-signal content
Improve existing website content for better rankings, conversions, and clarity
Repurpose content into LinkedIn posts, founder content, newsletters, sales assets, and campaign material
Work closely with the growth team on content distribution across SEO, LinkedIn, communities, email, and other channels
Create competitor comparison content against legacy RFP and response management tools
Collaborate with designers, SEO partners, sales teams, and founders to ship content quickly
Track content performance across traffic, demos, SQLs, and pipeline
You Might Be a Fit If
You have 3–7 years of experience in content, SEO, product marketing, or B2B SaaS marketing
You have strong SEO understanding and know how organic content drives pipeline
You understand content distribution, not just content creation
You can write for business outcomes, not just rankings
You are comfortable researching complex B2B SaaS topics
You can turn messy inputs into clear, structured content
You have strong writing and editing skills
You are proactive and move fast
You are comfortable working in an early-stage startup environment
You use AI tools to research, draft, edit, and improve your work, without depending on them blindly
B2B SaaS experience is strongly preferred.
What We’re Not Looking For
This role is probably not a fit if:
You only want to write assigned blogs from a brief
You are not interested in SEO or distribution
You prefer working with very fixed processes
You see content only as writing, not as a growth and revenue lever
You are looking for a part-time or moonlighting setup
Why Join Inventive AI
Work directly with growth, sales, and founders
Own meaningful parts of SEO, product marketing, and distribution
Create content that directly influences pipeline and revenue
Get high ownership from day one
Grow into broader product marketing, content, growth, or GTM roles over time
