About this role
Making preventive health the default for every human in Europe
Location: Paris (hybrid) | Reports to: Philippine, Head of Marketing
Lucis is building the new standard of preventive health. Clinical-grade blood diagnostics. Personalized health protocols. Backed by General Catalyst. ~€2M ARR and growing fast across Europe.
We're looking for a Lifecycle / CRM Lead to own everything after the first registration.
What you'll own:
Activation flows from registration to customer
Customer onboarding from purchase to first blood result
Email and SMS strategy, execution, and copy
Customer segmentation and behavioural personalisation
Subscription and repeat purchase optimisation
Referral program (currently underperforming — you fix it)
Retention metrics, cohort analysis, NPS
What good looks like:
30-day onboarding sequence with 70%+ completion
Referral rate from <3% → 8%+ within 6 months
90-day churn reduced by 15% vs. baseline
You know the LTV impact of every lifecycle program you run
What we're looking for:
You've owned lifecycle/CRM — not contributed to it, but built it and measured the results
You can show retention or LTV improvement with actual numbers
You're proficient with modern email/SMS platforms (Klaviyo, Braze, Customer.io)
You can write — this role includes writing emails, not just designing flows
You understand cohort analysis, segmentation, and incrementality measurement
You're French or English native or near-native, with professional English/French
Nice to have:
Subscription or membership business experience
Has built a referral program from scratch
Background in health, wellness, or DTC
Multi-market lifecycle experience
Why Lucis:
You establish the baseline — there's no predecessor and no ceiling
Improving retention by 10% = same impact as acquiring 10% more customers at zero CAC
Greenfield: you choose the tech stack, build the segments, own the roadmap
