About this role

We are looking for a Product Operation to help us scale the bridge between operations, product, implementation, and customer success.

This is a full-time remote role for someone who is highly analytical, execution-oriented, and comfortable turning operational problems into scalable product workflows. You will lead operational initiatives, define and track KPIs, improve internal processes, support customer onboarding, and help translate frontline operational needs into product requirements.

You should be comfortable working cross-functionally with sales, product, engineering, and operations teams, and you should enjoy building systems from zero to one.

Define, track, and report on KPIs across key business and operational functions

Identify bottlenecks and design scalable processes to improve speed, quality, and customer outcomes

Translate operational needs into product requirements, MVPs, internal tools, and automation workflows

Collaborate with engineering and product teams to prioritize improvements based on customer and operations feedback

Support project execution from planning through delivery

Gather and analyze data to generate actionable insights

Improve communication and handoffs across sales, operations, product, and customer success

Build lightweight tools, workflows, and dashboards to support internal execution

Help create repeatable playbooks as Solum scales

Qualifications

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication skills and ability to work across teams

Experience in operations, product operations, sales operations, implementation, or customer success operations

Proven project management skills with the ability to plan, execute, and track initiatives

Experience leading operations teams or owning operational KPIs

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities remotely

Experience building MVPs, internal tools, or translating operational problems into product solutions

Comfortable using AI tools such as Claude Code, Codex, plugins, MCPs, skills, or similar automation tools

Experience developing products, automations, or internal projects that have been used in production

Background in healthcare, therapy practices, RCM, intake, insurance verification, or prior authorization is a plus

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience preferred

Ideal Candidate

You are a builder. You do not just manage processes; you improve them. You enjoy working close to customers and operators, understanding the messy reality of workflows, and turning that into scalable systems, tools, and products.

You are excited about using AI to automate healthcare operations and want to help build the operating system for the next generation of outpatient healthcare practices.

You embrace challenges and thrive in high-intensity environments. Please do not apply if you are looking for strict work-life balance or expect a typical 9-to-5 schedule. We work very hard, but the experience is highly rewarding and fulfilling.
