About the Role
We’re looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and technically strong Associate Product Manager to join Terrakotta. This is an ideal role for someone with a Computer Science background who wants to work at the intersection of product, engineering, and customer experience.
You will work directly with customers, participate in onboarding, and get significant customer airtime. You will see firsthand how the product is used in the real world. Your job is to ensure what we build delivers value by validating ideas, observing behavior, and driving continuous product improvement.
What You’ll Do
Support onboarding and early customer experience
Participate in onboarding new customers. Help get them live quickly, guide them through the product, and ensure a smooth initial experience.
Work directly with customers (high airtime)
Spend significant time with users on calls and in their workflows. Stay close to how the product performs in real usage.
Own product quality and releases
Ensure new features and improvements meet a high bar before and after launch. Validate functionality and catch edge cases.
Observe and measure real-world impact
Track how features perform after launch. Monitor usage, identify friction, and evaluate whether changes improve outcomes.
Translate customer problems into product improvements
Turn real customer issues into clear, actionable product and engineering work. Reproduce problems and help drive fixes.
Support product development end to end
Work closely with engineering and founders to scope features, validate implementations, and iterate quickly.
Build internal tools and workflows
Create lightweight tools, scripts, or dashboards that improve visibility into product performance and customer behavior.
Drive continuous iteration
Identify patterns across user behavior and feedback. Recommend and help ship improvements that increase usability and reliability.
